CREATIVE MOVEMENT (3–4yrs)
Creative Movement is designed to instill a love of dance and an enduring appreciation of physical activity through imaginative movement and play, all set to classical music.

PRE–BALLET (5–6yrs)
Pre–Ballet is designed to prepare students for a training in classical ballet by emphasizing posture, grace and self–discipline, all while cultivating an enduring love of dance.

THE BALLET PROGRAM (7yrs +)
With this program, we offer seven levels of Ballet from Elementary I (7yrs) through Advanced levels. These programs are carefully designed to provide the students with the training they need at each stage of their development. All students are constantly individually assessed in order to make sure they are being challenged, acquiring a solid technical base, improving their musicality and learning the art of dance.
The Ballet Program is designed to promote self–discipline, taking direction, meeting challenges, development of mental skills, music appreciation, grace, posture and an enduring love of physical activity.

DANCE–STUDY PROGRAM
Ballet Ouest is proud to offer a professional training program for students in the secondary school levels. Within this program, students have the opportunity to combine high quality dance training with excellent academic programs on the West Island.
The program consists of 13–15 hours a week of instruction which includes ballet classes, conditioning, contemporary dance, pointe and repertoire, as well as workshops in nutrition, dance history, music and rhythm for dancers, choreography/creation and jazz.
NUTCRACKER / PERFORMANCE TEAMS
Ballet Ouest offers its dancers the opportunity to audition for its professional production of Nutcracker, as well as for its Performance Team. These invaluable experiences allow our dancers to intensify and enrich their dance training, as well as gain valuable performing experience. Auditions for Nutcracker will be held on September 18th, and Performance Team auditions will be held during the month of October. A unique opportunity to represent Ballet Ouest.
