CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

Adult Ballet I

A beginner/elementary level ballet class designed for adults interested in increasing strength and flexibility through ballet movement. No previous training required.

 


Wednesday 9:30-11:00am (combined levels)
Tuesday 7:30-9:00pm

 

Adult Ballet II

An intermediate level ballet class designed for adults with some ballet training, interested in improving their technique and challenging themselves.

 


Wednesday 9:30-11:00am (combined levels)
Thursday 7:30-9:00pm

 

Adult Ballet III

An advanced level ballet class for adults already taking one of our intermediate adult ballet classes. Featuring more advanced work and the possibility of pointe work.

 


Tuesday 6:15-7:30pm

 

Morning Stretch and Strength

Stretch out your stress! Build power and strength. A brief relaxation at the end of the class leaves the participant balanced and energized!

Ballet Boot Camp

A ballet-specific exercise class featuring stretching and strength work based on ballet dancers`training. A perfect complement to our Adult Ballet classes and a great workout for everyone else.

 


Thursday 6:30-7:30pm

Jazz

A great jazz workout incorporating warm-ups and stretching as well as jazz technique and choreography. For beginner to intermediate levels. (*17 week session – $204)
